There is a market for everything in this world. This fact goes beyond money and luxury items. People are willing to spend crazy amounts of cash on virtually anything under the sun. The only thing that surprises us is why some people are even willing to buy certain things in the first place.
A majority of these expensive phones are mostly bought by corporate executives, spoiled celebrities, or just plain billionaires who have too much time and money on their hands. But, don't get me wrong... there are
there are even people who are willing to shell out huge amounts of money for something that is simply not worth it.
Now when I mean most expensive I don’t mean phones that cost around 2000 dollars. Those are expensive phones like the iPhone (which you already know) but the phones on this list are way beyond what you expect. These phones are so expensive that they seem unreal but they are and people buy them.
Now due to the nature of the phones and the price they are not purchased by just anybody and most of them are produced in very small quantities (like 2/3). Some of these phones cost over 2 million (Yes 2 million) and are adorned with precious gems as well, which is mind-boggling. Without further ado let’s take a look at some of the most expensive phones in 2021 that will scare your wallet.
1. FALCON SUPERNOVA IPHONE 6 PINK DIAMOND - $48.5M
The most expensive phone in the world is the Falcon Supernova iPhone 6 Pink Diamond worth a whopping $48.5 million (wow). It was produced by FALCON a US Luxury Brand and is a customized iPhone 6 covered in 24-carat gold and adorned with a huge pink diamond at the back (hence the name).
The Falcon Supernova iPhone 6 comes in 24-carat gold, rose gold, and platinum and it measures a height of 4.7 inches with a screen resolution of 750 x 1334 pixels. It has an 8mp Primary camera and a 1.2mp secondary camera which allows for sharp photos even in dim conditions.
The Falcon Supernova iPhone 6 uses an 1810 MAH Li-Po non-removable battery which isn’t bad but, comparing it with other high-end phones that cost less ’t the best choice (but hey it’s got a diamond).
It is powered by an Apple A8 Chipset and a 1.4GHz dual-core processor with a PowerVR GX6450 GPU. The Falcon Supernova iPhone 6 uses 1GB RAM which cannot be extended with 16GB, 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB internal storage (1GB RAM 16GB SSD,1GB RAM, 32GB SSD etc).
And for those that cannot afford the Falcon Supernova iPhone 6 Pink Diamond, the more affordable Orange Diamond studded and Blue Diamond studded iPhone 6 models cost $42.5 million and $32.5 million respectively. I think it’s best to stick to what you can afford.
2. iPhone 4S ELITE GOLD -$ 9.4M
The iPhone 4S Elite Gold comes second with a price of $ 9.4 Million from Stuart Hughes. Stuart Hughes is known for creating high-priced gadgets like the $8 million Gold iPad 2 Supreme, so it’s no surprise to see another one at a massive price of $ 9.4 Million.
The iPhone 4S Gold has 500, 100 Carat diamonds (no wonder it’s so expensive) and a 24 Carat gold rear panel. There are 53 diamonds on the Apple logo at the back, a Gold navigation button with an 8.6 Carat Diamond, a 7.4 Carat pink diamond to replace the Gold button should there be a need to, and a Solid Platinum Chest to house the phone.
The Platinum Chest also has pieces of Original Tyrannosaurus Rex bones, star sunstone, Quartz, Opal, and other rare gems. There are only two of the Elite Gold phones made and will probably only be sold on special request. This is not a phone you want to handle without care.
3. iPhone 4 DIAMOND ROSE EDITION - $8M
The third phone on this list is the iPhone 4 Diamond rose edition worth $8 million. This is another high-priced phone that was made from Rose Gold by Stuart Hughes.
This phone has over 500, 100 Carat diamonds and 53 diamonds on the apple logo on the rear. The home button is made from a 7.4 Carat pink Diamond like the iPhone 4S Elite Gold.
The iPhone 4 Diamond Rose edition comes in a solid granite presentation box and was customized specifically for their owners. Only two of these luxurious phones were ever made.
4. GOLD STRIKER IPHONE 3GS SUPREME - $3.2M
Once again Stuart Hughes produces another stunner. The Gold striker iPhone 3GS Supreme is placed fourth on this list with a price of $3.2 million.
The Gold striker 3GS Supreme has very similar features to the iPhone 3G Kings Button, although it has more carats. It is made from one hundred and thirty-six Diamonds and seventy-one grams of 22 carat Gold.
The Apple logo on the rear of the phone is adorned with fifty-three diamonds and it has 7.1 carat Diamond as its home button. It took 10 months to complete the Gold Striker iPhone 3GS Supreme and it is presented in a solid granite box.
5. iPhone 3G KINGS BUTTON - $2.5M
The iPhone 3G King Button was manufactured by Austrian jeweler Peter Alisson. The iPhone 3G Kings Button is the 5th most expensive phone in the world worth a whopping $2.5 million.
The iPhone 3G Kings Button is made up of solid, 18 Carat yellow, white, and rose gold. The entire edge of the phone is decorated with one hundred and thirty-eight diamonds and a 6.6-carat diamond is used as the home button. The iPhone 3G King Button is considered one of the most beautiful phones in the world.
6. DIAMOND CRYPTO SMARTPHONE - $1.3M
And last but not least, The Diamond Crypto Smartphone is worth $1.3 million. The Diamond Crypto Smartphone was manufactured by JSC Ancort and designed by Peter Aloisson and is known as one of the most secure phones in the world.
The phone is made mainly from platinum but its logo and home button are both made from rose gold. The Diamond Crypto Smartphone is adorned with fifty diamonds including 10 rare blue-colored diamonds and the side of the phone is made from Macassar Ebony.
The phone is also well equipped with cryptographic software that ensures all sensitive information as well as communication is encrypted and kept safe.
Wow, that brings us to the end of our list and I must say there’s a lot of money out there for someone to even consider owning one of these phones. So are you like me who can only possess this in my dreams? Or are you saving up to get one of these? Let us know in the comments below.
