Vivo X60 Pro Plus Review: Is it worth your money?


Vivo has been known to release unique smartphones each year that have a special selling point. One of the newest smartphones to be released by Vivo is the Vivo X60 Pro Plus. This smartphone seems to live up to the expectations of Vivo and has a number of features that make this smartphone stand out from the competition.

Vivo X60 Pro Plus Features, Cameras & Specs

The smartphone has a 6.56-inch Super AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 2376 x 1080 pixels. The device sports an 18.8% aspect ratio and makes for a decent display. The display is fingerprint and face recognition-enabled and has the possibility of offering better security. The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 888 processor paired with Adreno 660 GPU and 8 GB of RAM. The device has 128 GB of internal storage and comes with a dedicated micro SD card slot for storage expansion. The device is offered in two color variants of Emperor Blue and orange and has a 4200 mAh Li-Po battery with support for 55W fast charging. The optics of the smartphone is pretty decent with a Quad-camera module at its rear. 

The Vivo X60 Pro Plus has one of the best cameras at its price point. The smartphone has a Quad-camera setup at the back, a combination of a 50MP primary camera, 8MP periscope telephoto, 32MP telephoto, and a 48MP ultrawide camera. On the front, it has a 32 selfie camera.

For someone like myself, the top-selling point of the device is the battery life.

The smartphone comes with a huge 4,060 mAh battery. During our review period, we could easily go through a day of using the phone without any major issues. With heavy usage, the battery can last for about a day and a half. While the battery itself is a serious selling point, it is not the only feature that makes this phone stand out. The Vivo X60 Pro Plus has a fingerprint sensor that is embedded underneath the display. It ensures that you can unlock the phone by just touching the display of the smartphone.

Vivo X60 Pro Plus Performance


The Vivo X60 Pro Plus runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor. The SoC is paired with 8 GB of RAM. We have used this smartphone for a while now and have not faced any issues with its performance. We also did not face any issues with the gaming performance and managed to play PUBG COD & Freefire with ease. The phone runs on Android 11 (Funtouch 11.1) and there are a number of customizations available with this device. The software is smooth and runs well at the time of review.  

Conclusion

The Vivo X60 Pro Plus comes with a unique design. The smartphone is pocket-friendly and seems to offer good performance as well. The phone's front and rear cameras do an exceptional job of capturing photos and videos, and the phone takes nice quality photos with impressive colors. The phone's overall performance is good, and the phone can handle day-to-day tasks with ease.
